1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CliniDraft ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CliniDraft is an AI-assisted drafting tool that helps clinicians and researchers prepare clinical research documents (case reports, ethics protocols, manuscript sections, and similar materials). The Service uses large language models to generate draft text based on user-supplied information.

3. Important Medical Disclaimer

CliniDraft is a drafting aid only. Content generated by the Service:

• Is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or ethical judgement.
• Must be reviewed, verified, and approved by qualified professionals before submission or use.
• May contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.
• Does not constitute medical advice or clinical guidance.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any document submitted to an ethics board, journal, funding body, or regulatory authority.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content for fraudulent research, data fabrication, or academic misconduct.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API.
• Upload personally identifiable patient data without appropriate de-identification.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free plan usage is limited to 2 documents per month.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input. Documents generated using your inputs are yours to use. CliniDraft retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying prompting systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CliniDraft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
