• Account information: email address, name, institution (at registration).
• Documents: text you input and documents we generate for you, stored in your account.
• Usage data: page views (date and path only, no IP addresses), document counts, and feature usage for product analytics.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe / Paddle). We do not store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts).
• To analyse aggregate usage patterns and improve generation quality.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. AI Processing

Document inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for generation. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle this data. Do not submit documents containing identifiable patient data without appropriate de-identification.

4. Data Retention

Your documents are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual documents at any time. To request full account deletion, email us at contact@clinidraft.com.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and server-side session management. No system is perfectly secure; use the Service accordingly.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
